We share your commitment to safety.

That’s why we partner with you and our workers to greatly reduce risk factors that can cause harmful and costly on-the-job injuries. 

As a Excellence Engineering, LLC (EEI) employee and EEI contractor, each worker is expected to take responsibility for their own safety and that of others on the jobsite, and to follow established safety procedures. Our workers have experience on industrial jobsites and the high degree of safety they require. Our travelers (staff and contractors) work with our managers, and yours, to ensure safe work practices, safe jobsites and a safe return home at the end of every shift.  

We employ our own internal safety processes, as well as policies and procedures customized to your site, on every project. Excellence Engineering, LLC is ISNetworld® certified.

Our Comprehensive Safety program includes:

  • Safety Orientation
All of our staff and contractors complete an in-house safety screening and orientation process, which attunes them to safe practices and procedures before they are assigned to your job site. We review our general safety guidelines with each worker and they receive a copy of our Code of Safe Work Practices. Once on the job, we can provide jobsite walk-through evaluations and safety meetings. We can also customize a safety orientation program specific to your project.
  • Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)
If our staff and contractors don’t already own basic PPE (hard hat, safety goggles, hearing protection), we provide the equipment to them and replace it when necessary to ensure they are safely and properly outfitted for their assignment.
  • In-House Safety Professionals
We employ a full-time crew of OSHA-500 certified safety professionals. We also provide site consultations to assist you with any safety concerns you may have.
  • On-Site Inspections
Our safety team is available to partner with you to inspect your site and develop safety programs that protect both our workforce and your bottom line.

U.S. Government Compliance

Prevailing Wage Team
Our dedicated certified payroll team ensures compliance with wage determination and reporting requirements on all Prevailing Wage/Davis Bacon jobs.

We use E-Verify, an Internet-based system operated by the Department of Homeland Security and the Social Security Administration, to determine every worker’s eligibility to work in the United States.
